                Welcome to the site of the most magnificent tasting extra virgin olive oil, from the Riverina in NSW Australia. 
Our oil is produced from well established olive trees - some as old as 100 yrs - which we have carefully pruned to bring them back into production, giving our oils unique flavours which have been deemed to be setting the standard model for the Australian olive oil industry.
This model is fresh, ripe, fruity, vibrant.
